We care for our planet and strive to show this commitment in every single project. That is why our R&D department is dedicated to researching new solutions that protect our environment.

We keep waste to a minimum

We have a closed productive cycle: our system optimizes the use of steel sheets to produce a minimal amount of scrap. All scraps are sent to steel mills, where they are recycled and transformed into new raw material.

Our products are packed using 85% recycled or recyclable material

Our wood and paper suppliers are certified environment friendly.

Our production technologies are green as well.

The machines operate at full capacity with low consumption, helping us reduce CO2 emissions. Since 2022, we have been officially certified as a "Green Inside" company, with 100% of our energy coming from renewable sources. By 2023, we are installing a photovoltaic system on our factory's roof. Additionally, we have acquired land solely for the purpose of planting trees.

Our Combi-Steam ovens allow to reduce cooking time up to 20%

Moreover, by saturating the cavity with 100% moisture, food does not release any smells or juices. This means it is possible to cook very different dishes at the same time, reducing cooking times and therefore consumption even further.
